Dear Relation,

As a valued partner of Coldenhove and with new restrictions from the Dutch government regarding the spread of the Corona virus (covid-19), we would like to inform you about the measures that we are taking as a company in order to fulfill our responsibilities towards our employees and our customers.

We have taken extensive actions to prevent and reduce the increased risk of transmission.

There will be no more travelling from and to Coldenhove in Eerbeek and most of the staff is working from home. This step is to ensure health of our employees and to safeguard the supply chain for our products.
Your account manager and customer service will remain to be your reference points for specific business questions.

At this moment we are still fully operational with the paper machines and rewinders. There are no issues with availability of raw materials or producibility of final product.
Although there won’t be impact on business continuity, you might notice that lead times are somewhat longer, due to availability of containers / transport.

As a management team we follow changes based on the restrictions from our government and the actual situation in and around the mill on a daily basis. If needed we will take more necessary measures for the good of our employees and for the supply chain of our products.
